Since all our products are printed on demand and customized with your designs, our return policy differs from those of traditional stores. Each product is made especially for you.

Eligible Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• There is a printing error (incorrect color, reversed design, or poor print quality).
• The received product differs from the item ordered.
• The size is incorrect (the size delivered differs from the size ordered).

Return Request Period

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us through our Contact Us page and include clear photos of the product and the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after receiving the product.
• Errors in the design uploaded by the customer.
• Minor color variations due to differences in screen displays.
• Products that have been used or washed.
